How do you turn the tide when your sales are lagging?
When your sales are lagging, stress rises and profit drops. The big danger is that this tension gets carried over to your customers.

When your sales are lagging, it is obviously incredibly frustrating. What I see at many organisations is that stress then rises. Energy drops. And profit falls.
The big danger is that this tension also gets carried over to your customers, and as a result they buy even less. Because they can feel it.
The art is to stay honest and relaxed. Two tips to turn the tide right now:
Tip 1: Increase the number of appointments. Because without an appointment, there is no deal.
Tip 2: Focus on the right question: how can you deliver more value to your customer? To new customers as well as existing ones.
What is important to realise: what you do today usually only shows in the results three months from now. So stay honest and relaxed, and trust in the outcome.
